· Number of Beds : 20

· Patient Ratios : 1:6

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretary during the day, PCTs available, unit educator

· Type of equipment :

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 3 weekend shifts/month

· On Call Requirements: No

· Floating policy: Agency/Contract nurses float first

· Patient Experience requirements:

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: Level 1 trauma

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: Med/Surg, nephrology, kidney transplants, renal, dialysis

Must have : ADN

Procedures performed on unit: med/surg care; dialysis is done off of the unit

Certifications Required: BLS

Dress Code :

· Royal blue scrubs; can wear black scrub pants
