Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dedicated care team in Danbury, Connecticut. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work closely with patients to evaluate needs, create personalized treatment plans, and guide them through their recovery journeys. You'll have the chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic clinical setting.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations
Developing individualized care and rehabilitation plans
Providing hands-on treatments and guiding therapeutic exercises
Documenting patient progress and adjusting plans as needed
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
Current and active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS certification
At least 1 year of recent experience preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
