We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our dynamic inpatient rehabilitation unit in Asheville, NC. This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care. #### Job Description: - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Schedule:** 3 shifts per week (12 hours) - **Hours:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - **Unit:** All 4 units in the facility - **Number of Beds:** 65 - **Patient Ratios:** 5-6 patients per nurse #### Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care in an 80-bed acute rehabilitation facility. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. - Utilize advanced equipment including IV pumps, specialty beds, and feeding pumps. - Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system. #### Required Skills and Qualifications: - **Experience:** 2+ years in nursing; experience in med-surg or rehab is a plus. - **Certifications:** BLS certification required. - **Team Collaboration:** Strong ability to work within a supportive team environment. #### Unit Support: - **Staffing:** Availability of CNAs on all shifts and 11 hours of unit secretary support. - **Floating Policy:** No floating; all units are connected and interchangeable. #### Work Environment: - Friendly staff in an attractive facility located in scenic Western North Carolina. - Enjoy year-round lovely weather and a wide range of recreational activities in your free time! --- ### Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
