**Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** Travel-RN-Rehab (693) - **Shift:** 7A-7P - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Unit:** Inpatient Rehab - **Location:** HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe - **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 24 - Patient Ratios: 1:6 - Type of Equipment: Hill-Rom beds - EMR: Expanse - **Team Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs, OT/PT/ST, Case Manager - Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, 2 PCTs - **Typical Procedures:** - Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST) for 3 hours daily - Dialysis, blood administration, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring - No bedside surgical procedures - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Must have: - One year of inpatient or rehab experience - BLS Certification - Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test - Preferred: - ACLS Certification - Medical/Telemetry experience or higher acuity - **Personality Fit:** - Collaborative spirit to work effectively with therapy departments - Committed to promoting patient independence in a safe environment - **Certification Requirements:** - RN License - BLS Certification - **Floating Areas:** - Med/Surg or Med/Surg Tele - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Royal Blue - **Unit Guidelines:** - Adhere to all inpatient guidelines, including fall precautions, HAIs, isolation protocols, and care experience standards - **Work Schedule:** - Every other weekend - No on-call responsibilities **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
