Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on the night shift, requiring current Epic proficiency and telemetry/stepdown experience.

Details

• Work primarily on the Respiratory unit, which admits COVID patients
• May float occasionally to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• 36 hours per week on night shift (7p-7:30a)
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirement

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Active BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required
• Must be able to competently read telemetry and will be tested on day one
• Current, active Epic EMR proficiency required

• Holiday coverage required
• Telemetry competency testing will be administered on day one of assignment
• Continued assignment contingent on passing telemetry competency and demonstrating Epic proficiency
