Requirements

• 5+ years of RN experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• RN degree required
• Must have experience with:
  • Communication
  • Coordination of care
  • Patient throughput
• Preferred:
  • Conflict management
  • Critical thinking
  • Leadership experience
• Must be flexible, team-oriented, charismatic, and able to remain calm under stress
• Float only within current competency

Onboarding / Compliance

• Iowa SING background check is mandatory — criminal and child abuse portions required
• All county/state background checks must be fully cleared before start
• Instant or statewide-only searches are not accepted
• Mandatory Reporter Certification required for Child and Adult
• 10-panel drug screen including opiates
• MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB titers must be within the last 12 months
• Monday or Tuesday start dates allowed
