**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in TCU!** **Job Description:** - **Specialty:** Transition Care Unit (TCU), Rehab/Sub Acute - **Unit Location:** TCU RN LCMT TCC 2ND FLOOR - **Facility Type:** Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on rehabilitation - **Patient Care:** Engage with patients under a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:8-10 - **Capacity:** 87-bed unit dedicated to subacute care - **Sign-On Date:** ASAP - **Shift Availability:** Night 3x12-Hour (23:00 - 07:30) - **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role - **First-Timers:** Not accepted; applicants should have prior experience - **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend assignment - **Certifications Required:** Current BCLS certification - **Floating Requirement:** Pending clarification on unit floating - **RTO Restrictions:** All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; approval based on facility needs - **Guaranteed Hours:** Note that the facility may call off once per two-week pay period - **Scrub Color:** Bring your style!
