Job Summary: The RN - Urology is responsible for delivering patient care, assessing and evaluating patients’ needs, and applying critical thinking. This role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. The RN will educate patients and caregivers, communicate effectively and professionally, prioritize all aspects of patient care, escalate potential safety hazards or gaps, and utilize institutional information technology to document nursing practices and support quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of urology experience
• One (1) year of traveler experience
• BSN
• NYS RN License
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic experience
