Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Orange, CA 92868

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Orange, California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-Hour (07:30 - 19:55) or 4x10s available. 13-week assignment with call rotation required, including kidney call Monday-Friday evenings and weekend rotations, plus general call coverage on weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current CRNFA (Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both scrubbing and circulating as an RN in the operating room
• Demonstrated proficiency in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, orthopedic/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed
• Clean background check (no Nursys or background hits accepted)
