Responsibilities
Provide rapid vascular access during travel RRT procedures at patient sites.
Assess patient needs and determine appropriate access techniques and devices.
Ensure sterile technique and infection control during procedures.
Meet or exceed territory targets using pipeline management and KPIs.
Document procedures accurately in electronic medical records and logs.
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify growth opportunities.
Adhere to regulatory and company policies, including credentialing requirements.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with vascular access techniques.
Educate clients and team members on best practices for vascular access.
Maintain readiness of travel tools, supplies, and safety equipment.
Provide post-procedure follow-up and monitor for complications.
Experience/Qualifications
Vascular access procedural certification and current clinical licensure.
Proven experience with travel RRT or vascular access in mobile settings.
Demonstrated sterile technique and infection control in procedures.
Competitive pipeline management and territory target attainment.
Adherence to regulatory, credentialing, and company policies.
Ability to assess patient needs and select optimal access devices.
Strong documentation skills for EMR and procedural logs.
Regular participation in continuing education on vascular access techniques.
On-site availability and flexibility to travel within assigned territory.
Demonstrated ability to monitor post-procedure outcomes and manage complications.
Collaborative mindset to work with sales and clinical teams.
Ability to prepare and maintain travel tools, supplies, and safety gear.
Strong communication with clients and team on best practices and follow-ups.
