Job Title: Travel Sales Manager

Compensation: $3,500 monthly base plus commission
We are hiring a Travel Sales Manager to support spa locations across several U.S. states. This role is centered on in-person client engagement, service education, and driving sales performance. Client appointments and walk-in traffic are already in place. Your responsibility is to convert opportunities into results while representing the brand professionally in every location.
Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients
Recommend services and packages based on client needs
Increase revenue through add-on services and upgrades
Maintain daily sales performance standards
Adjust quickly to new spa locations and teams
Follow sales guidelines, training, and operational procedures
Base compensation of $3,500 per month
Commission structure ranging from 3 percent to 7 percent based on performance
Annual earnings vary by results, with strong performers reaching six figures
All work-related travel expenses covered, including airfare, lodging, transportation, and fuel
Background in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel frequently within the United States
Coachable, adaptable, and performance-driven mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required
