Pay Structure: $3,500 monthly base plus commission
This role supports spa locations that need on-site sales leadership. As a Travel Sales Manager, you will rotate between locations, step into active client environments, and take ownership of daily sales outcomes. Client traffic and demand already exist. Your role is to convert interest into revenue while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
Guide clients through available services and packages
Identify opportunities for upgrades and add-ons
Drive daily revenue through in-person sales activity
Blend quickly into new teams and operating styles
Follow established sales systems and training standards
$3,500 base paid monthly
Commission tiers tied to daily performance, ranging from 3 percent to 7 percent
Total earnings vary by performance, with consistent performers reaching six figures
All work-related travel is arranged and paid for by the company, including airfare, housing accommodations, transportation, and fuel. There are no travel-related deductions from your compensation.
Experience in sales or client-facing environments
Comfortable working in new locations on a regular basis
Strong communication and closing ability
Coachable, adaptable, and performance-focused
High school diploma or equivalent
After demonstrating consistent performance, sales managers may be considered for expanded responsibilities or remote-based roles, depending on business needs.
