Number of Beds 11 ORs
Shift for this position Three twelve-hour shifts
Call Expectation Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)
Number of Staff Varies depending on day
Type of staff:
o Day Shift Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs
o Night Shift One charge RN and one scrub tech in house with call team backup
Patient Ratios 1:1

Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: Scrub tech needs are total joints, neuro and Xi Robots
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Patient advocate
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General)
Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics
