    Summary Overview

    We are currently seeking service-oriented individuals who enjoy assisting others, coordinating details, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Travel Service & Support Consultant, you'll help travelers navigate the planning process, provide timely assistance, and support a variety of travel-related needs from initial inquiry through trip completion.

    This remote opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are organized, proactive, and excited to build valuable skills while helping clients create memorable travel experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist travelers with questions regarding destinations, travel options, and vacation planning
    • Provide support throughout the reservation and coordination process
    • Research accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and travel experiences
    • Help organize itineraries and ensure travel arrangements are properly documented
    • Communicate travel confirmations, schedules, updates, and important reminders
    • Support clients with itinerary revisions, travel changes, and special requests
    • Review booking information and travel details to ensure accuracy
    • Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
    • Utilize company resources and supplier tools to support traveler needs
    • Participate in training programs, destination education, and ongoing professional development
