Travel Services & Client Experience Consultant

We're looking for motivated, organized individuals who enjoy planning, researching, and helping others coordinate their travel. This is a remote opportunity where you'll work independently while assisting clients with the planning and coordination of their trips.

The role can be structured around other personal or professional commitments, making it suitable for individuals seeking a flexible work arrangement. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing guidance are available to help you learn the systems and processes involved.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, plans, and priorities
• Research destinations, lodging, cruises, transportation, excursions, and other travel services
• Compare available travel options and help clients identify arrangements that fit their requests
• Build and maintain organized trip itineraries
• Enter and review reservation information for accuracy
• Communicate with clients regarding trip details, questions, and requested changes
• Keep client and reservation records organized and up to date
• Research destinations and stay current on available travel products and supplier offerings
• Complete applicable training and become familiar with booking platforms and industry resources
