    • Explain vacation possibilities and relevant details so clients can confidently make selections
    • Assist with coordinating selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional trip components
    • Use approved supplier platforms and travel resources when arranging requested services
    • Organize reservation information into clear, easy-to-follow travel plans
    • Provide clients with confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable travel documentation
    • Track upcoming deadlines, pending information, and other items that require attention before departure
    • Follow up with travelers when decisions, documents, or additional information are needed
    • Respond to questions regarding active reservations and upcoming travel arrangements
    • Assist with routine modifications, cancellations, scheduling adjustments, and special requests
    • Review reservation information carefully to identify missing or incorrect details
    • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, preferences, requests, and travel arrangements
    • Continue building destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing training and educational resources

    What You'll Receive

    • Remote work within approved regions
    • Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling opportunities
    • Structured onboarding for new team members
    • Training provided with no previous travel-industry experience required
    • Continued mentorship and team support
    • Access to supplier education and destination-learning programs
    • Approved tools and resources to assist with travel research and coordination
    • Opportunities to develop customer service, organization, research, and travel-planning skills
    • Professional development and potential advancement opportunities
    • Performance-based incentives and recognition opportunities
    • Access to qualifying travel discounts and industry-related benefits
    • Collaborative virtual team environment
    • Continued education and skill-building resources

    What We're Looking For

    • Effective listening and relationship-building abilities
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to manage several client requests, deadlines, and planning tasks
    • Careful attention to traveler names, dates, reservation information, and documentation
    • Comfortable researching information and comparing available choices
    • Willingness to learn online booking resources, supplier platforms, and digital systems
    • Comfortable communicating through email, phone, messaging, and virtual tools
    • Ability to adjust when availability, schedules, or client preferences change
    • Resourceful approach to questions and problem-solving
