Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel SNF/Rehab contract at Hale Makua Wailuku in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.
Hale Makua Wailuku is a skilled nursing facility offering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care. Its multidisciplinary rehabilitation program includes occupational, physical and speech therapy and treats patients recovering from conditions including fractures, joint replacements, strokes and acute illnesses.
The Occupational Therapist will work primarily with an adult and geriatric population, helping patients regain the skills needed for greater independence and a safe transition to their next level of care.

The OT will work primarily with an adult/geriatric population on ADLs, functional mobility, strengthening, adaptive equipment, safety, patient/caregiver education and discharge planning, helping patients regain independence following illness, injury or hospitalization.
