• Active Kansas state PTA license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred
Role Overview:
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide treatment services under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing setting, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and function. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
