• Required Qualifications: State licensure as a Physical Therapist, strong outpatient skills with emphasis on orthopedics, acute care experience, experience with electronic health records (EHR) system EPIC, and at least 1 year of relevant experience

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: No contact-related duties. Candidates must have recent references to be submitted. No local clinicians within a 50-80 mile radius; screening can be performed for candidates within this distance. No parking fees provided.
