Description

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with 2+ years of LTC experience for a skilled nursing facility position.

  • Long-term care skilled nursing facility setting

Requirements

  • Current TX Speech-Language Pathology license required if applicable
  • At least 2 years of SLP experience in a long-term care setting

Additional Information

  • Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities and decrease aspiration risk
  • Design communication strategies to help residents be better understood and better understand others
  • Lead, guide, and direct delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services within the facility
  • Ensure services comply with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures
