- Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; valid nursing license to practice; minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting; effective communication skills for team leadership, resident, and family collaboration.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process is beneficial; supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred.
- Additional Information: This role requires on-call coverage every 5th weekend. The clinical care leader is responsible for utilizing nursing process assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide individualized nursing care. The position involves documenting resident history, symptoms, medications, and care provided in compliance with regulatory standards. The facility uses Point Click Care (PCC) charting system. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
