- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and previous management, lead, or Director of Nursing experience are strongly preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves helping out on the floor as needed, with a focus on managing clinical operations within a 38-bed facility that provides both short-term and long-term care. Orientation week is unbillable, and the candidate must begin the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of acceptance. This position may involve rotating call, holiday, and weekend responsibilities as needed.
