Job Opportunity – Speech-Language Pathologist – Seaside, OR 97138

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Seaside, Oregon and surrounding coastal areas

Schedule: Day shift, 4x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Up to 6 patient visits per day with 30 productivity points standard. 1:1 patient ratios. No weekends or on-call required. Assignment duration: 13 weeks.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon state license or compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
• Reliable personal transportation required; occasional travel radius up to 60 miles (60-90 minute drive time)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
