Shift: DAYS 8:30A-5P M-F
MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT TREATMENT ADHERENCE
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (i.e. community health, Social Work
· Experience in HIV preferred / Substance abuse experience preferred
· Bilingual preferred
· Provide culturally and linguistically competent service delivery with knowledge of diverse communities
