Start: ASAP (targeting Aug 10 or Aug 17) Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Must Have:
LCSW, LPC, or other Master's-level Licensed Clinician
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
Active Indiana license
Experience with treatment planning, individual counseling, and group counseling
Strong communication and care coordination skills
Preferred:
2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or acute care settings
Inpatient behavioral health experience
Trauma-informed care experience
Responsibilities:
Provide daily individual and group therapy
Develop and oversee patient treatment plans
Coordinate care with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Lead care conferences and provide clinical updates
Complete psychosocial assessments and documentation
Facilitate discharge planning and continuity of care
Ensure an exceptional patient and family experience throughout recovery
