Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Discipline: Social Work Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel 2-year acute medical Social Work experience performing both roles of Social work and discharge planning LCSW either/or MSW, MSW Weekend REQ: typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to dept. need CA State LCSW or MSW license Required Knowledge of drug/alcohol abuse treatment options, patients experiencing homelessness, patients with mental health history or in crisis, advance directive, POLST, protective services process, etc. * Ability to organize and participate in family meetings. * Participate in the development of the treatment plan.
