Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Lexington, Kentucky.
Provides clinical oversight and therapeutic leadership for all youth services within the facility, including treatment planning, assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral management. Serves as the facility's behavioral health subject matter expert, collaborating with medical, educational, judicial, family, and community partners to support youth outcomes. Leads interdisciplinary treatment teams, ensures timely completion of clinical documentation, and oversees intake, treatment, discharge, and continuity of care processes. Manages and monitors youth on suicide or homicide watch, develops safety and behavioral management plans, coordinates referrals to higher levels of care, and provides staff training on crisis prevention and intervention. Serves as the facility's on-call clinical resource and delivers evidence-based therapeutic programming while maintaining compliance with DJJ policies, accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and documentation standards.
