REQUIRED: - ACTIVE License - LMSW or LCSW AND ACTIVE MS State License Minimum 2 years of Acute Inpatient Medical Case Management / SW experience that includes at least 1 year (in the last 3) in a LARGE Hospital (500+ beds, LEVEL 1/ACADEMIC Medical Center) (this does NOT include telephonic, utilization management, or therapy experience)
