About  - CommuniCare building, Burlington House Healthcare Center needs an Interim Licensed Social Worker o start ASAP.  Looking for a strong candidate with experience. Building is a Memory Care facility.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Census/Bed Size: current census normally around 99- is a 106 bed facility  but working on adding additional 16 beds

EMAR: PCC

Travel: Prefer local but will consider regional (Hotel, Mileage, Meals)

Vaccination: COVID Vaccination Status

Pay:$42 per hour

MUST HAVE AL/SNF/LTC EXPERIENCE!!
