Social Worker (Hospital-Based) – Night Shift

• Position: Hospital-Based Social Worker (748V BHS)
• Shift: Nights, Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (8-hour shifts)

• Contract: 12 weeks | 40 guaranteed hours/week

   

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hospital social work experience

• License Required: Active Georgia (GA) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

   

• Required Skills: Acute care hospital experience, patient assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital social work experience and hold an active Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Strong communication, critical thinking, documentation, and care coordination skills are essential. Experience with behavioral health, discharge planning, and working in a fast-paced hospital environment is highly preferred.
