Overview Role
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and finding the perfect travel experience for every client? We're expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Solutions Advisor.
In this flexible remote role, you'll work directly with travelers to understand their vacation goals and recommend travel options that fit their interests, schedule, and budget. From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, luxury travel, group trips, and international adventures, you'll help clients make informed decisions while coordinating every detail of their journey.
No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional resources to help you build a successful remote career.
Responsibilities
- Consult with travelers to understand their vacation goals and travel preferences
- Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, guided tours, and vacation packages
- Match clients with travel experiences that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and travel services
- Explain available vacation options, supplier promotions, and package features
- Assist clients throughout the planning, booking, and pre-departure process
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Partner with approved travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
- Review itineraries, travel documents, and confirmations for accuracy
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations
- Stay informed on travel news, destination highlights, and supplier updates
- Deliver outstanding service that creates long-term client relationships
Ideal Qualifications
- Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, tourism, consulting, or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers and web-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring region
