Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound examinations with vascular components and obtain high-quality images.
- Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment (2 GE Logic E10 systems; 2 Samsung WS80A units) and ensure proper documentation in the EMR.
- Administer contrast injections as required by protocol and document findings clearly in the patient record.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and infection control standards; adhere to dress code and safety policies (scrubs, closed-toe non-slip shoes, minimal jewelry, groomed appearance).
- Interact with radiology, OR, and off-site teams; float to multiple units as needed and participate in cross-department coverage.
- Document results in EPIC within the past 2 years and collaborate with supervising staff to ensure appropriate clinical follow-up.

Requirements
- Certifications: RVT and ARDMS (AB or OB) credentials required; BLS certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ultrasound unit experience; vascular experience required in general ultrasound.
- EMR: EPIC experience within the past 2 years required.
- Education/Licensure: Losable licensure on file at time of submission; ability to work in a hospital radiology/OR setting.
- Equipment/Procedures: Comfortable using multiple ultrasound platforms; capable of IV contrast injections; able to work across radiology/fluoroscopy/OR environments as needed.
- Logistics: Public transportation not available in this area; reliable personal or rental vehicle required; winter tire readiness advised (November–April). Flexibility with schedule and on-call weekend requirements.
