Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) or Clinical Fellows (CF SLP) for Public Schools in Palm Beach County, Florida (FL) working 35 hours per week (or part time) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who wants to pick the location and schools of their choice!

  • Caseload: Elementary School or Middle School or High School options available
  • Schedule:  35 hours (part time opportunities also available)
  • Contract Type: W2
  • Start Date: As soon as Cleared to Start
  • End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
  • Work Arrangement: In Person
  • Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active State of Florida DOH License for SLP or Provisional License for Clinical Fellows (CF SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
