Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:

Speech-Language Pathologist - Speech Therapy

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM shift schedule
• No on-call, no weekends, and no holiday requirements
• No floating to other units
• Up to 5 days of unit orientation provided
• Work in a dedicated NICU setting with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
• Provide general speech therapy and feeding therapy for fragile and premature feeders in the NICU
• Work with patient types including premature infants under 36 weeks, infant feeding disorders, congenital disorders, craniofacial abnormalities, RDS, and cardiac conditions
• Perform preemie neuro assessments and collaborate with nurses, OT team, other speech therapists, and on-site providers
• Experience with Bayley 4 preferred
• FEES experience is a bonus
• EMR system: EPIC
• Hospital-provided scrubs available with no color preference required
• Free parking available
• Minimum 3 years of speech therapy experience plus 1 year of NICU experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, CCC certification through ASHA, and advanced training in infant feeding
• Certified neonate therapist certification preferred

Facility:

This facility is a Level II Trauma Center and tertiary access hospital with 167 beds, offering a wide range of specialized medical services. The facility houses a Level III NICU, Level III Maternity unit, and serves as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. It is also recognized as a Geriatric Accredited Center, reflecting its commitment to serving diverse patient populations with high-quality, specialized care. The NICU unit features 20 beds with a typical census of 14 to 16 patients and maintains a dedicated, integrated environment where providers, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team work collaboratively on campus.
