Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week.
Shift Requirement: start times can vary, typically 8a-4:30p CST.
Sometimes will shift to accommodate after school outpatient or supervisor inpatient/swing bed eating dinner.
Float Requirement: None.
On Call/Call Back Requirement: None.
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: None.
Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: IL Speech Therapist License, BLS.
Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 3+ years.
Charting Experience: MedHost and WebPT.
