LanceSoft is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Morristown, New Jersey.

--Performs Patient assessments:
-Accurately assesses patient’s appropriateness for home care, learning needs and progress toward goals.
-Collaborates with patient, family, and physician to develop the plan of care for the patient.
-Performs baseline assessment of patient swallowing, communication, and cognitive abilities as indicated.
--Maintains safe environment for patients and co-workers:
-Assesses social environment and adjust or provide education as needed.
-Assess for potential clinical risks and adapt program as indicated.
-Follows universal infection control measures.
--Implements treatment program to achieve designated goals:
-Administer occupational therapy services per physician orders.
-Instruct in communication and safe swallow, cognitive training as indicated.
-Develop and instruct in therapeutic exercise program.
-Implement program to restore function, and achieve maximum functional status.
Graduate of an accredited speech and language program with a minimum of a Master’s degree.
Current NJ ST License.
