Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring onsite or hybrid licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) for a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract serving students ranging from Pre-School to High School.   • Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
  • Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) through Department of Health
  • ESA Certification through Washington OSPI (Active or Initial/Conditional)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
