Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Brockton, MA
Location: Brockton, MA
Facility: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 40 hrs/week guaranteed

Requirements
3+ years of SLP experience required
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Active Speech & Language Pathologist license required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
BLS
Prior LTC/SNF experience
Experience with communication disorders & dysphagia, including modified barium swallow
Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation & communication skills
Must be able to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; 2-person lift required above 50 lbs.

Must maintain an active state license throughout the assignment
