Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Acute in a healthcare setting. This position involves providing specialized speech therapy services to adult patients within an acute care environment. The role requires proficiency in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) and involves a rotating shift schedule with weekend rotation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, rotating schedule, with weekend rotation likely every 3rd Saturday/Sunday. Minimum hours per week: 40 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); graduation from an accredited program; previous experience in acute care with adult patients, ideally 2 years (1 year considered if an internship was completed in acute care). Proficiency in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with adult acute care settings and fluency in speech assessments and therapy techniques.
• Additional Information: The role includes floating between two locations, Sierra Vista and Twin Cities. No requests for time off during holiday weeks; flexibility to consider other dates is appreciated.
