Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and ongoing therapy in an outpatient clinic setting, serving neonates through adolescents
- Address language disorders, articulation/phonology, fluency, voice concerns, and oral-motor or feeding-related skills
- Implement AAC evaluations and interventions; support children with autism and developmental delays; provide family education and treatment planning
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans; document progress and outcomes; prepare appropriate discharge planning as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate care with NICU/maternity services when appropriate; use standardized assessment tools (e.g., PLS-4, CELF) and SLP evaluation coding
- Document clinical encounters in EPIC; maintain compliant charting and timely communication with families and care teams

Requirements
- Years of experience: minimum 1 year of pediatric SLP experience; travel experience required; first-timers not accepted
- Pediatric outpatient experience, including autism and developmental delays; familiarity with standardized tools (e.g., PLS-4, CELF)
- Certifications: BLS required
- Setting ability: comfortable providing services in an outpatient pediatric clinic with NICU-related context
- Flexibility: may be asked to float within the hospital or to nearby sister facilities as per policy
- Locational requirement: local candidates not accepted
