Job Details:
- Location: 165 Tor Court, Pittsfield, MA 01201
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Certifications and Education: Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist license required; Masters or Doctorate Degree required; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience: At least 2 years of home care experience required; 0 years minimum experience in the profile
- Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license required; ability to work independently; knowledge of rehabilitation equipment including communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs; must have own vehicle; work history with skills checklist in Speech Language Pathology current to within one year; supervisory signed reference from within past two years
- Additional Information:
- This is a home health need with a preference for candidates who can commute 45 minutes or less from the specified office location.
- Candidate must be available for at least two specific interview dates/times of availability, which must be added to their profile. "Anytime" will not be accepted.
