Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
This role is suited for clinicians who are confident working in interdisciplinary rehab teams and managing a diverse patient caseload in a structured facility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to improve communication and swallowing function
Conduct progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab professionals
Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Clinical experience in rehab or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Must comply with all onboarding and facility requirements
Must carry valid identification and wear a photo badge at all times
