Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services in a rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and improving communication and swallowing function to enhance overall quality of life.
The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
Support a safe and patient-focused rehabilitation environment
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of California
