School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel/Contract |

Contract Dates: July 31, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Duration: 40 Weeks with possible extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (7.5 billable hours/day)

We are hiring in-person Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on supporting students with communication disorders that impact educational progress, while collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services in school settings
• Create and manage treatment plans and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and para-educators
• Supervise and guide support staff as needed

• Fingerprinting required onsite in Lompoc (no exceptions)
  • Must arrive at least 1 week prior to start date
  • Multiple fingerprint clearances required (client, agency, and CTC)
• Candidates cannot start until all clearances are completed
• Official transcripts required (if no CTC credential)
• Must follow district credentialing process (do not apply independently)
