What We're Looking For


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure in good standing (or eligibility) in Texas
  • ASHA CCC's (required)
  • Educator's license or eligibility for one in Texas


Minimum Requirements


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Texas state licensure in good standing or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to assignment start.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Valid Educator's License or eligibility for Texas educator certification.
  • Must be willing to work full time in a school district setting; hybrid or remote work will not be accepted.
  • Must be available to work on-site in district schools; candidates must be open to assignment locations within the district, with a higher need south of I-30.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred for select openings. (Preferred)


Assignment Details


  • Facility type: School.
  • Shift: Days, 8 hours per day.
  • Hours per week: 40.
  • Assignment period: School-year assignment (academic-year schedule).
  • Candidates must be willing to work full time on-site and may be assigned to various schools within the district (floating within the district).

What You'll Do:


  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
