Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist

Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
Conduct dysphagia assessments and treatments
Undertake cognitive assessment and rehabilitation
Deliver stroke rehabilitation services
Provide VitalStim therapy and use Bioness equipment

Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist

Current GA License
CCC - Certificate of Clinical Competence
Experience with MBSS, dysphagia, and cognitive assessments
Stroke rehab experience
Preferred experience with Vital Stim and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury)
