Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and management, including modified barium swallow study protocols, preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in a SNF setting preferred.
