What We're Looking For


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in good standing (or eligibility) for Texas.
  • ASHA CCCs required.
  • Educator's License or eligibility to obtain one in Texas.
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred.
  • Experience with conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and providing individual and group therapy required.
  • Client requirement: must be available for full-time, in-person work; remote or hybrid arrangements will not be accepted.
  • Client requirement: candidates must be willing to work within the district and may be assigned to locations primarily in South Dallas and areas south of I-30.
  • Client preference: bilingual SLPs are preferred for some openings.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.


Assignment Details


  • Facility Type: School.
  • Shift Details: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Assignment Length: School-year contract (start and end dates subject to district scheduling).
  • On-site Requirement: Must be full-time, in-person; remote and hybrid not accepted.
  • District Assignment Note: Candidates should be open to assignments across the district; many openings located in South Dallas (south of I-30).
