What We're Looking For


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure in good standing (or eligibility) for Texas
  • ASHA CCCs
  • Educator's license or eligibility to hold an educator certificate in Texas

Minimum Requirements


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Texas state licensure or clear eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Valid Educator's License or eligibility for an educator certificate in Texas.
  • Experience providing school-based speech and language services, including assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring.
  • Ability to work full time in-person; remote or hybrid arrangements will not be accepted.
  • Willingness to work within the district boundaries and accept assignments across the district; many openings are located south of I-30 and in South Dallas (candidate must be open to district placement).
  • Bilingual candidates preferred for select openings.


Assignment Details


  • Facility Type: School
  • Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • Start/End: School-year assignment (school-year schedule)
  • Full-time, in-person required; no remote or hybrid options
  • May include placements across the school district; candidate must be open to district-wide assignments and campus locations within the district

What You'll Do:


  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
