Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $49.20 - $57.40 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS certification preferred

Photo badge must be worn at all times
Monday through Friday schedule
35 guaranteed hours per week
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function
Educate patients, family members, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and therapeutic techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
State-issued identification and photo badge required at all times
Uniform Requirement: Light grey scrub top with matching scrub bottoms or black slacks
